All wigs will be processed & dispatched within 7-14 business days once receive the online order confirmation unless otherwise specified. You will receive a notification email including a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

We aim to post the items as soon as we receive the online orders for our valued customers, however, unexpected delays may happen due to the current circumstances. 

Processing Time

All wigs are carefully prepared before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 5-7 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order wigs: 14-30 business days
    Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Asia: 5-7 business days

  • Oceania: 5-10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

  • Europe: 7-14 business days

  • Rest of World: 14-20 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over 250.00 USD

  • Shipping costs for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at within 30 days of shipment. We will assist you in working with the carrier.
