Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your must have the original receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags or in its original packaging. Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or change of mind.
To start a return, you can contact us at pink2be.pink@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via pink2be.pink@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
All online orders will be issue a refund only. If you would like to exchange or accidentally order the wrong item, please place a new order and request refund by email pink.pink2be@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Return by Mail
Customers returning items will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. When returning any items please follow the steps above and tracking is highly recommended as exchange or store credit will not be granted if item is not received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
